The Reef is the open knowledge layer of the Helix Project. It stores and distributes software, templates, and council-approved knowledge for village communities operating Village Vaults. No account required. No AI required. Works on any device with a browser.

Everything here is finalized, checksummed, and signed. The source of truth is the manifest.

How It Works

• Public content is read-only and open to anyone.
• All material is reviewed by the Braid before publication — no outside file enters the Reef directly.
• Villages can mirror the full public archive locally for offline use via mirror-sync.sh.
• Council-governed exchange happens on a separate authenticated layer.

Constitutional Design

The 0.1% Ask

Data centers and hypervisors using the TEL stack are constitutionally invited to contribute 0.1% of compute and storage resources to sustain the Reef. Contributors are acknowledged in the Hall of Ducks.
